I registered for Shine’s job services after much follow up by them in Feb. After I paid my registration fee-3kplus, I was told that it was super important to get my exp and education verified by their service providers to reassure employers about our background. They charged me additional 5k plus for that, and I have received no service, even after a month. The invoice shows that 3k out of the total amount is for a negotiation skills course that was never discussed and I never asked for it. Post that, the Hire sure services says there is no record of services owed to me. Also, the whole service seems to be just about verifying my highest degree, nothing more, nothing to do with background check on experience at all. Every time I contact them or write to them, they promise a call back/update and nothing happens.
This is shameful, given that they are supposed to be part of HT Media group and not some 2-but company. They are acting like complete fraudsters and this service seems to be a complete scam.
