DEAR SIR / MADAM,

I UNDERSTAND THAT OUTGOING VALIDITY CAN BE REDUCED AS PER THEIR BUSINESS PLAN & TERRIF.

BUT I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A CELLULAR SERVICE PROVIDER CAN REDUCE ANY APPLICABLE BENEFIT FOR A PRE-PAID MOBILE NUMBER ( FOR WHICH THEY HAVE ACCEPTED TO DELIVER SERVICE(S) TILL A PARTICULAR DAY / TIME.)

THIS TIME I AM CONCERN WITH MY AIRTEL MOBILE NO. 9210331722 (PRE-PAID).

MY ABOVE SAID NO. IS VALID TILL 09.12.2018 (SUNDAY) AND IT’S DISPLAYS THE FOLLOWING VALIDITY INFORMATION BY 09.12.2018.

” O/G VALIDITY TILL 07.08.2021 & I/C VALIDITY TILL 07.08.2021″

 

AS SOON AS IT GOT EXPIRES ON 10.12.2018 (MONDAY), IT DISPLAYING

“O/G VALIDITY TILL 19.12.2018 & I/C VALIDITY TILL 03.01.2019”
