Dear sir, I had purchased a mobile phone (maxo) online on 21/07/20 and paid an amount of Rs 3999. I had sent mail to the said company’s email id(sales@maxophones.online and help@maxophones.online) regarding the status of the shipment/delivery. But both email addresses are not existing. I am sure that the said company is a fraud company and hence should be punished. I want my money back to my account.
