I received a mail & call from flipmartshop.co.in regarding purchase of a product of Rs. 3000/- or more from paytm and the the company flipmartshop will give me a assured a gift as a online promotional gift.

Then I log in to paytm & select a product i.e. motorola mobile set and add to cart. The flipmart representative able to know what product I have add to cart in paytm account &they told me that I have selected a motorola mobile set of Rs. 6714/- .

Then I believe the flipmart representative, as they able to know what I have selected in the paytm account and I think that this may be the joint offer by the paytm& flipmartshop.

Then I proceed as per their instruction i.e. I add cash from my account to paytm wallet then from paytm wallet I transfer two amounts Rs 3000/- & Rs 3714/-  to Flip Mart through scan paytm, UPI, any QR code received from flipmartshop.

After successful transfer of the above amount I got a confirmation mail & phone call from flipmart that my order has confirmed & they send me an order no. too and told me that flipmart will send a link after dispatch, which does not happen. Then I call to flipmart , the representative told me I have to pay another Rs 5000/- towards GST for the assured gift , then I understand it is a cheating/fraud practice .

But the matter of concern is how the flip mart able to know my product selection in the paytm account, which clearly indicates the employees of the paytm are involved with the flip mart company for these type of cheating/fraud practices.

Presently the flip mart is refusing to send the Motorola mobile set & not refunding my money also. So I request you to refund my money of Rs. 6714/-  or send me the Motorola mobile that have selected in the paytm account within 24 hrs ,as the employees of paytm are involved with the flip martshop company, otherwise I will file a FIR in the cyber crime cell of Odisha.
