Kindly consider the email with high importance.
I registered at trueconnect@jio.com for DLT.
The process guided me to upload all my org. Documents and further payment of 5900 rupees
The docs were uploaded and payment was done twice. Because while processing the first payment after logging in, the website directed to payment page and payment was made via netbanking. Finally directing to payment status page where the status shows “Pending) as per attachment. After some time, i logged in again and the website directed to payment page again and the payment was made again (second time) assuming the payment was pending as per the last page.
After some time, i logged in third time, the website directed to payment page again and I withdrew from making payment.
The site is unsystematic
* How come the payment is not uploaded on the site and how the site directs to payment page everytime when logged in.
*One payment receipt received on message (attachment) no email. Second payment need to be reverted back.
*Website contact us email is not working. No emails are delivered. No mobile number provided.
Find the emails send by support.jio email id, the bank statement screenshots.
Inappropriate funds deduction is not right, that too a company like Reliance JIO. Waiting for your immediate action in this regards.
