Self taken a loan of 3500 and 2200 credit to my account and before the loan period itself the customer care executives started threatening to close the loan I have paid the full amount of 3500 and still it’s not reflected in app. And it’s showing rollover .when i contacted the costomer care executives they asking extra money to close the loan.
