- From indiaideas@icici a person has called me from the numbers +918409738668 and +918242861637 the name he was saying was rahul. Actually on Dec 25-2018 around 6.10pm i went in jio app and recharged my jio sim on number 9551501873 for ₹449/- the gateway in jio app payment went to indiaideas@icici. Customer care number of this company i took from twitter +918409738668. I have done this payment through my bhim upi. My jio sim did not get recharged. The next day on 26 dec 2018 approx around 11.10am i called to company indiaideas@icici customer care +918409738668 the person named rahul spoke to me and said me to open my bhim upi. I opened my bhim Upi. This rahul said me that he has sent reference number to my upi as 19349 and told me to click to get my refund ₹449/- . Now when i clicked the ref number my amount of ₹19349/- was deducted from my bank. I told him to refund back. My line got cut and again he called me from another number +918242861637 and said me that he has sent another link of ref no: 19349 and said to click again. I said him already my amount got cut of ₹19349/- from my bank and i cannot click again. I told him to refund my amount. Rahul replied he cannot returned the amount. Now this ₹19349/- has gone to his paytm account. Hence, pls help me out to get my money which has gone to his paytm account.He has cheated me and done fraud on phone. I have also done messages on twitter to paytm care. Also paytm 24×7 help messaged me that the amount has gone in account of name MIRAJUL ISLAM and also blocked the person account from further damage. I have received only ₹449/- on Dt: 29-12-2018 to my account but, the balance amount ₹19349/- which has gone to his personal account is still not received. Pls help me.?
