I am very old customer of Airtel digital TV few days ago my setup box stop working so we we go to Airtel distributor in our locality so he said that your setup box is damaged hi give us sd set top box insted of hd when we cheched setup box by other our old setup box has no defect so we return our new setupbox but we had amount in that so i asked distributors to provide me transaction id and he denies to give.so i email to airtel they call to me and said that we will help and will discontinue your new connection and provide you refund in your acvount account by 23 october but no call about discontinue by them when i call they said you didnot answer our call thats why we canceled your complain .and the number which she said my registered number was not mine and i dont that numbers. I haf 370 rs in that account please help me .
