airtel had offered a family plan of 399/ and a charged additinal amount of 149 for adding the family no, they offered with a rental discount of 200
as per airtel represenattaive they had activated my plan family plan by adding a family no
they assured to provide the rental discount
the said represenatative was fron airtel durga nursery, road
later on after seeing the bill bo such rental discount had been provided
when contacted with airtel office
they keep on saying we will look at the matter, later on they said the said person had left the office
when contacting again n again
they provide a threat to me (specialky avesh ali from airtel, he said teri aukat kya hai dekh lunga , jo ban padey kar le, tere jaisey bohat atey hai)
its nt about 200
200bugs doesnt make any sense to the customer, but is this airtel all about in regard to their services to customer
