I already ordered one item from Meesho online app. They saying delivery yesterday( 09.07.2023) But still not received the Item. This is customer cheating. So kindly check and take action…

Hi,
I have ordered to buy products from Meesho. But since the quality of the products were so poor, I need to return them. It is an existing policy of Meesho to refund customers if they are not satisfied with the products.
But for my case they are reluctant to refund and keep on saying Fair usage policy. When I asked to explain in details about fair usage policy, they never get back.
If this is how they are cheating/looting customers and grow their business then they are living in a fools paradise.
