i have visited vi store to change from postpaid to prepaid , they charged around 970 rs (450 for due amount remaining for changing.)
today when i asked they says that remaining amount is for antivirus which is sent to registered mail address, but to be frank there is no email registered.
please let me know what to do for that and staff are ladies and no proper response.
(I like the way she responded, law means u see in court not here)
