I had went to port my sim from postpaid to prepaid. The executive named from Bangalore said that it needs to be ported to Karnataka from Maharashtra to port to prepaid. I said ok and paid due amount 2400 and change. But frequently from 2 months they are charging me additional saying it’s a pro data bill. I paid 395 pro data amount. But for this month bill they are charging extra 400 ( internal settlement) saying I didn’t paid the bill.
During this pandemic they are cheating people like this.
Kindly request you to take serious action in this issue and sue this fraudsters airtel company.
