My self Poornaraja from Chennai.Today my mother went to Tirunelveli Vanaerapettai Arthi scan center along with sister and brother for MRI scan (cervical spine and brain screening)and full body checkup ( Jana seva plus 1699)scheme..
They are reached around 9.20am in tirunelveli vanaerapettai center.I asked to share payment link or Scaner to cash counter.They are not ready to share any link .. because they don’t have cash
After that my brother went to near ATM and with draw money and bill it as per cash counter amount 7134.it will take around 1 hours.my mother is waiting with pasting.
My mother age is 72.so 5% discount is there as per Arthi customer care discussed for over all bill.

Need to pay – 6924
But they are collected 7134 instead of 6924 RS from my sister.
Where is 210 rs?????why is collected extra amount?
They are push to asking 2000 extra after 2 hours from my sister for brain screening.
My sister also paid 7124+2000=9124 instead of 6924..
After noon my sister called me and explain it ..I said gave phone to cash department.intially they are not ready to speak to me..
My sister request to her and speak to me.I asked to her why is collected extra 2000rs..she is not responding properly and shouted me..
Why is cheating to people and collected extra rupees from patients..
Extra 2210 rs collected from us..
My mother age is age 72.They are waiting from 9.20 to 4.40pm..Nobody is responding to aged people.each and every test waiting more than hours..why you need 7 hours time for health checkup..They are coming from 40km.
I have evidence of staff audio Regarding and customer care WhatsApp discussion and extra bill copy..
We are not expecting worst experience and cheating money from uneducated customers..
