I had ordered a combo pack of mi smart band 4 and mi earbuds from musicera.com for Rs. 1549 excluding a shipping charge Rs. 100 only payable as cash on delivery. The order ID and date of order was #DEALZ38962 21 July 2020. I received the parcel and paid the cash to delivery agent, But unfortunately I have been socked when I opened the parcel and found inside a poor quality JBL headphone. I tried to return the product but there is no such link in the portal of musicera.com I want to return the product and refund of my money.
