I have been charged every month for a service that I have not requested by Vodafone. The money is deducted from my phone balance. When I contacted Vi customer service, there is no proper response. It looks like Vodaphone is doing this on purpose, by siphoning-off small amounts from their unsuspecting subscribers whenever they need funds to pay TRAI. This is day-light robbery!
Please help.
