He offered me a job and gave 7399 rupees and again ask 9000 (1999 for registration fee and 5400 for Hotel) He cheated me suddenly I understand and ask to give my money back he will say no way never give I told . I will complaint to police then he telling that no body can catch me . Iam thinking my country what is this so many people losts money but they didn’t complaint. Actually my I think that he will cheat no worries my money will take back. But I don’t know that phone pay is 3rd party so no liable for this. So please understand my situation and solve this problem
