Dear Team Vodafone,
As i`m Sunny Robert (My Vodafone no:9886004242) & i`m working for Toyota (Dealer), and we had plan to take a 350 connection of Vodafone & we called a Vodafone executive Mr.Byara Gowda ph no:(8095819101) & simultaneously he also proposed to take a personal connection also which the rental is 199/+GST, So we purchased 6 no`s postpaid for personal shocking was after the month we got a bill of Rs 405/- & we called a customer care & they said it a rental of 399/- again we called a executive but he is not giving a proper response.
we again called a customer care to raise a complaint against regarding this cheating case & i got a call after to 2 days stating that they will see this issues & next day i got a mg that my complaint is closed & I mail to official mail ID`s but now no one call up nor i got a reply & even from Nodel officer.
This shows how irresponsible is this company & this is how the company is cheating the peoples
I request you people to kindly intervention in this case & find me a solution asap…..
