I had done online purchase of Redme Pro 7 mobile phone on www.shinesummer.com on 2/5 /2020. After the successful card payment in few minutes I received the mail stating that Your Transaction Dropped ( Failed). But however enquiring with the credit card department came to know that my amount is deducted. So again I enquire with Pay U money (a payment gateway – Who confirmed that Transaction Dropped) in their online chatting support they confirm that your money will be refunded in 5 to 7 working days. I was surprided to receive the parcel today (11/5/20) and got the shock when I opened the parcel. I found a sub standard TOY kind of plastic mobile phone from some HXD brand. I tried calling the mentioned customer care number which is non working and mentioned email I’d : [email protected] is bouncing back. No contact details of any kind. It’s a complete fraud by the company. It’s a complaint for sheer cheating by the company.
