My wife purchased a star gaze recliner from wakefit. First of all, the product was delivered after 1 month (while it was promised in 20 days). After 3 days, the recliner stopped working (nails started coming out). I immediately called the wakefit customer care and they asked me to send the pictures & videos. After sharing, they acknowledged the issue and promised to pickup the faulty recliner within 48 hours. It’s been 10 days now and no one has come to pickup the product. PATHETIC SERVICE. PLEASE DONT TRUST THIS BRAND. I need full refund of my money and compensation of the mental torture caused by wakefit team.
