The Flat No. D906 at Kukreja Plaza Sector-11 CBD Belapur was purchased from Builder M/S Motiram Tolaram in the year 2015. The Flat was actually converted from Duplex (1006/906) into two separate flats 1006 & 906. The layout plan of each flat was changed considerably. In my registry documents the Builder has put the old layout Plan ignoring the changes made. The management Committee is taking objection that my flat is not as per my registry documents and threatening me to levy heavy penalty for minor extension of entry door way by 3/4 feet by the Builder. I have approached the Builder by E Mails and personal visits for the last three years to correct Layout Plan in my Registry Documents. But the Builder is not at all responding.
