We had requested to upgrade the tata sky setup box to HD. We were asked to pay 1000 in cash saying its all inclusive. Later, i was asked to make online recharge for 500 to activate.
Ones everything was done and set up, 1000 was deducted from my account saying its towards the installation and activation charges.
When spoken to tge technician, he is asking giving some lame excuse and recharged 400 in the account. Tge remaininb money he is not givinv any account of or not refunding.
When we took this to the customer care they took the complaing however, mentioning that call was made(which i never got) the ticket has been closed.
Now no one is giving us any update.
