I have invested with SmartOwner in two real estate project. For the first two years they paid some amount as a return but for the last two years they stopped paying. About 8 months back they wrote an email that they are out of the projects and they are no more responsbile and we should directly deal with the builders but they didn’t give any contacts of the builders either and now they are not responding to my emails/phone calls
