Sir, According to our estimation, we ordered 2 cargo trousers through the Bestdealz online website last week on a COD basis. Today, September 19th, I received a shipment through Amazon’s parcel service, and the delivery boy required payment before giving the products to me. In response, I made a payment of Rs. 899 using GooglePay (transaction attached). I then opened the cover and was astonished. They sent two pairs of jeans that were filthy, completely torn, holed, and offensively scented. immediately called the delivery boy and asked him to come get the box so we could start the refund process. However, he said that we have no connection to the internet source and are simply acting as courier delivery agents.I hereby request you to intervene in order to stop this lewd transaction and take harsh action against the internet vendor.
