I order speaker form Amazon and on 13th August i paid 2198 to Amazon from my paytm account but the delivery guy didn’t received the payment so they returned my order…….and when i talked in the paytm customer care they asked for documented proof that the merchant (Amazon) didn’t received the payment. When i talked in Amazon customer care they give me confirmation email that they didn’t received any payment…..after submitting that email in the paytm. The paytm customer care are not picking up my call and not giving me my money 2198rs that i paid on 13th August to Amazon.
