Sub: Complaint against Fraudulent Packers and Movers: M/s. Hanuman Car transport
Recently I got transferred from BPCL Mumbai refinery to Kochi Refinery. I am staying in Thrippunithra in the address stated above. My wife who works in Mumbai shifted out of colony and moved 1 BHK apartment in Millenium Tower, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. As she moved to 1 BHK, she has decided to Transfer goods to Kochi and Car to Salem. Accordingly Vendor Named Hanuman Car Transport selected for packing and moving through Online platform (LogisticMart-site search) and we approached them for the same.
Name of Vendor: Hanuman Car Transport;
They have given Udhyam Registration Number of UDHYAM : HR-02-13325 and Company GST number of 06AZIPH2990P1ZR, WITH HEAD OFFICE AT Gurugram and branch offices in Taloja (New Mumbai), Bangalore, Chennai etc.
The lady called Minakshi sharma Introduced herself as Authorized booking person from M/s. Hanuman coordinated with us through Mobile number 90344 64379
She provided Budgetary quote of Rs. 10,000 for shifted my Old Ford Figo Petrol 1.2 Zxi model vehicle from Mumbai to Salem. I have paid Rs. 2000/- as advance through UPI transfer to the UPI code provided by her. My wife believed her and handed-over the Car and Key for transferring vehicle From Mumbai to Salem on 06.10.2023 night around 8:30 pm. Driver who visited BPCL colony has provided his ADHAR card reference of 5702 6403 3577 while picking up the card and vehicle check-list form also handed-over by him to my wife (Attached)
His name he has told Mohd Sadiq Sayyed and used Mobile number of 9040166377.
Next-day thinking they are good packers and movers she has told them to collect few of the household items that needs to be transferred from Mumbai to Kochi (Petropalace apartment), when we approached the lady with whom we have coordinated, she gave quote of Rs. 12000 For transferring following items through Whats app.
1) Refrigerator LG make
2) Wooden Cot with Matresses – Doble cot with matresses
3) Two Nilkamal Big Chairs
4) Metallic Cupboard-Godrej Cupboard size
5) Microwave Oven
6) Gas stove
7) Clothes, Gift Items, Books, Kitchen Items: In 20 Cartons
Above items are collected from millenium tower Sanpada, By People sent by M/s. Hanuman Car Transport on 6th After-noon. I paid Rs. 1000 as Advance for the same as requested by Vendor. Household goods were picked up through Bolero with Registration Number RJ10GB8327, The driver who was there during pickup given 8296332926 as his contact Number.
On 8th Night and on 9th We suddenly received whatapp messages from number 8168866434 (which was indicated as customer care number in their site) and he is started demanding Rs. 58,000 to hand-over car and household goods. We tried to contact the Lady who booked our order, she was not at all picking up her number and she was passing on messages to contact 8168866434 / 8050070019 customer care for payment related issues and delivery. She is cheating people like us by taking order at competitive price and after collecting the material not at all responding to customer call. We don’t know where our material is at present, whether actually they are transporters or some kind of fraudulent people who are cheating customers through online offering by registering themselves to prominent links like LogisticsMart. Whatever threats / illegal demand we are receiving it is from numbers 9050428003 and 8168866434
They are refusing to provide Vehicle or Driver details, Tracking details. Lady who booked our order is not picking up. Person who is introducing himself is Just demanding to pay 58,000 rupees to deliver the items. They are even refusing to disclose their location or location of our car / Household goods.
The household driver we have tried to contact through his mobile 8296332926, he is picking-up and giving erratic answer and location details.
We really fear whether they escape with our material and sell or mis-use our items.
Request you to Register our Complaint on urgent basis and Take necessary action to pin-down this kind of culprits/fraudulent people.
All details whatever available is attached for reference. Since My wife also moved last week (7th October 23) to Kochi I am signing and sending it through Speed post to be submitted for filing complaint / FIR against fraudulent people indicated above. Kindly do the needful to recover my Car/Goods and Money.
