I have been cheated by Nobroker. I approached them against an advertiment to buy a property in Banagalore. After seeing the property I liked and I informed them and gave my price . I specifically asked the guy Mohammed Salman of NoBroker to confirm with seller. After few minutes he called me and said owner agreed to my price. Afterwards they were chasing me for an advance of Rs.60,000/- which will be adjusted against final payment to owner or returned if there is decrepancy in the documents. As I trusted them I paid the amount by Bank transfer.They arranged a meeting with property owner and surprised to know that nobody from Nobroker contacted him and his price is much higher than I offered. So Mohammed Salman cheated me to get advance amount. Also the area in the documents are different than informed earlier. When I asked for refund no reply from these fraud guys. They donot respond to my calls. Be carefull in dealing with these fraud company, never trust Nobroker from my experience.
