We have ordered for 8 bedsheets and 8 pillow covers to Napptol vide Order no.80442936 on 10.05.21.
We received Size of bedsheets 180×190 cms and
Size of pillow covers 32×60 cms only.
But As per your advt, Size of bedsheets 220×240 and
Pillow covers 46×68 cms.
We have contacted Napptol customer care. They’ve answered that warranty period is only 48 hours. Beyond that we have no liability of the product. This advt is steaming in TV and cheating lots of people with their defective products. Hence I request you to take up the issue and get me the refund/correct Size product given in the TV advt.
