I have order sony xb-700 earbuds for rs. 1599 with buy1 get 1 free offer. They took 100 rs additional delivery charges as well. But I received some other headphones. I tried calling them on given phone number but that number is also not working. I have mailed them but they are not responding. I am not able to apply for return of this product.
