We booked bus ticket in Morning Star travels from online website Abhibus. One ticket booked on 20 Aug 2023 and 3 tickets booked on 21 Aug 2023 for 8.30 pm departure sleeper bus. The promised time for dropping at Panjagutta was 6.30 am but bus reached at 8.30 am to the Outskirts of Hyderabad and stopped there. All passengers were asked to get down and travel by van dropping to destination. To reach Panjagutta it took 9.30 am due to which our engagements for the day are all disturbed. Moreover, Bus is out of condition, poor shock absorbers, a/c water flowing on seats. It seems this is the daily routine for them to cheat passengers. In their booking they do not give refund option. Please take strict action on them.
