Text of Complaint by Biswajit Dutta:

I have been contacted by shine.com for international job assistance. After prolong discussion, they have sent me a quote and I have paid Rs 4092/- against their proforma invoice.

But it is regret to inform that after making payment another person Mr Sachin Ayer mentioned asked me to pay additional charges of Rs 13000/-+GST for which they will provide additional services like resume writing, linkedin profiling etc. Otherwise, they will not be able to process my application. This additional service module requirement is never revealed to me before making the payment/finalizing the contract. For your ready reference, the commercial offer is enclosed herewith. As a professional service provider, your company should have clearly mentioned about this further module requirement. It seems that the same is intentionally kept hidden which is considered as a potential misleading act and breach of contract. Please note, this act is not expected from a reputed company like HT Media, we expect atleast a transparent approach by your professionals.

Now, at this scenario, I can not go for further cost implications which is beyond our expectation. My resume and Linkedin profile has already been shared with their team. Request you to kindly intervene and do the amicable solutions.
