They have cheated so many the past 9 years. Recently they removed the link of DigiCard with our Subscriber # & try to loot additional amount from us for tech. visit etc. They never give any written explanations for our complaints in spite of our clear cut instructions that all communications should be “ONE & ONLY IN WRITING”. They always evade addressing our complaints. DETAILED COMPLAINTS ENCLOSED.
