I ordered a saree in Lakshmi Boutique through website in April 8th, til now i didn’t received , i called and messaged to them, but not responding, after continuous mailing they called me and said that saree was sold, u choose another saree, then i chose another 3 sarees on options, they said all sarees r sold out, again i chose a saree which is showing available in websites, they said its also sold, again i chose a saree, they replied go and book in websites, i asked them how can i book a saree in websites, i asked for already paid amount, aftr that they didn’t reply to my calls and messages

Incase if the issue was solved already then close this complaint.
I ordered saree on June 4th, until July 27 i haven’t received saree.
I have done so many online orders but this is BIG Fraud. No response even after checking with them whatsapp or Instagram.
They have time to upload youtube videos but not checking on customer complaints
