I took free trail connection & cancelled the connection within 30 days due to speed issue. Their technician purposely picked up router after 60 days even after multiple reminder now Jio Fiber team is telling that they will not refund Installation charges & even Appellate tribunals are reverting same things & not answering my question that why their team picked up the device after 60 days

I have the same issue
Reliance jio fiber trial plan canceled on time but team came for pick up of device after 60 days
That too after multiple follow up
Now Reliance jio says they will forfeit Rs 1000 installation charges
