I had applied for a loan through this app but the money was not credited to my account. I made several complaint to their customers care provider in the app along with my account statement but it’s not heard. At regular intervals their agent’s call me and threatened to pay a certain amount or they will contact my contact list and make videos about me and make it viral. I paid money 3 time then also getting such calls.
