I have initiated one EMI payment to Bajaj Finserv via UPI payment (BHIM app) via indiaideas@icici. I have chosen it from one of the payment options link sent by Bajaj Finserv. The transaction was carried out on 07/11/2019 for Rs.11316/-. The money was deducted from my SBI account but payment not confirmed by Bajaj Finserv. In BHIM app it shows status as “APPROVED” till today. Hence, on the same day, I have made another transaction through SBI Net banking on the same day (07/11/19) for Rs.11316/- which was received by Bajaj Finserv and confirmed by receipt.
However, the first payment deducted by UPI payment portal is neither confirmed by Bajaj Finserv nor Returned to my SBI account. UPI shows payment status as “APPROVED” till today.
I have written several e-mails and made several calls to UPI(NPCI), SBI, ICICI , Bajaj Finserv and even met my SBI branch manager. Everybody points out other person. No one is able to solve or give a probable solution or say what to do under this situation.
I have lost my hope that money will return to my account. Never do any transaction using UPI and indiaideas@icici. Perfect cheating by indiaideas@icici in the name of digital india.
