Text of Complaint by Kanthlal S K:

  1. Airtel advertised as the fastest network in India. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C2ljgmPLapQ&ab_channel=airtelIndia), But in most of central cities, Its very hard to get 10 mbps.  (image attached taken from my location)
  2. They also advertising as complains can be registered in airtel thanks app and it will be solved in 24 hrs. Ref no: CQUKI3CHN20210217134999 registered on Feb 17th and without any proper communication with me they have closed on Mar-3 mentioning as problems resolved. But not even a single calls I have received from airtel. Most importantly they are purposely blocking selected numbers for not being connected with the customer care 121. Social networks teams (twitter) also not giving proper responses for my queries rather every one sending one similar link (https://www.airtel.in/). Deepali L, Jayashree R, Maninder S, Orin J, Anurag M, Nishita B, Prapti A, Umed S and Anju K are the peoples who replied via twitter, but no one helped even to initiate steps to resolve the complaint registered.  But if u send a request for a post paid connections through any mode, in 15 min they will respond and even ready to come to the location at night too.. (A money laundering business)
  3. Various unlimited plans starting from Rs 149 to Rs 2698 are available with airtel prepaid recharge. But they have included other platform subscriptions like amazon prime (Rs 129/m), Airtel xtreme premium (Rs 49/m), wynk music hello tunes (Rs 36/m), 100 cashback on FASTag, Upskill with Shaw Academy course etc and etc. Why shoud we customers those who dont actually needed these platforms needs to pay Airtel for it. They should reduce those subscription amount from the recharge and customers can get their needed plans in less charge.  But, They are forcing every customers to spend a min of Rs 200 even for their  normal use. Airtel should make it as a option and those needed can subscribe and others can get the pack in less charge.
  4. Very particularly, once we become their customers, they are not at all caring us. I have lodged more than 5 complaints and no resolution yet. Spend more than 30 min for getting connected with cust care. But couldn’t reached. Because of their slow speed data, I couldn’t finish my daily activities on time. The careless activities from Airtel cost me much for the past few months. Almost 1.3 Gb went waste per day in the past 6 months.
