I am varsha from Malappuram, Kerala,India, pin 679326
I ordered David off coolwater perfume from Flipkart
It was scheduled to delivery on 23 july . The delivery boy from EKART. Logistics called me ( his name i guess mohammed yashiq NK) and said that his vehicle was break down and he would deliverd the item on 24 th . In this pandemic situation because of their seamless efforts i said ok and unfortunately share the OTP.Then i called the Number where he called and they said yashiq was leave on two days. I was shoked and they said they will deliverd the item. Today is 25 th sunday , no response from thier and i start calling many times to the EKART number but no response pls help it
