I have received used products and products not shown in the website, now there is no such website exist and the product cant be returned. The product is shipped through Amazon shipping,

Dear Sir, On 2 November 2023, Thursday, from my mobile I booked 2 pent, size no 36, Rs.899/- to FNZDEALS, PNPUR, SC 23, NEW DELHI DL 110077, India. But on delivery on 4th November 2023, Saturday I got a parcel via Amazon it is not according to my booking. it’s size no 11. (it’s child jeans). It is not useful for me and its quality is very poor. I paid the amount of 899/- as cash on delivery. Now I want to return it and want my 899/- but where? There is no proper address, no contact no, and no authorized person. It means they have cheated on us.
