Hello
I have ordered a combo product of sony earbuds from music-mad.com at 1599 RS.
However there was no confirmation of order confirmation on my contact.
I have tried to reached the seller at given contacts twice by phone and email.
However the phone contact never connected nor the given email was delivered.
After few days I got a message from parcel service about the delivery of product by SMS. The service provider suggested that the product seems fake and opt out for delivery but I insisted for delivery so that I can have enough proof of this seems fake seller.
I am attaching the video of the product with a delivery person.
According to delivery man this fake and scam selling has been going on since a while. He himself has experienced of 5-6 such different or fake item delivery.
I am asking for a proper action against this fraud and scam seller so that many other can be saved from their cheating.
