Dear Sir,
I gotten the installation of Tata sky setup box by dealer of Taka Sky on 18.10.2020 in Bhiwadi Rajasthan. The contact no. of dealer – 9667142466. This vendor has charged me Rs 2750/- while I have received a call from tata sky customer care then I came to know that actual charges of this setup box was Rs 1299/- (after discount) & at website price shown Rs 1699/-.
This dealer has cheated to me & not ready for refund of extra money.
So, I request you to take necessary action against this dealer so that in future he should not cheat to other customer.
I have lodge complaint several time to helpline centre of Tata Sky. Sometime helpline centre closed the complaint without any discussion with me. Two time, I have received a call from executive, but her way of talking was very rude & she disconnect the phone without resolution.
I shall be very thankful to you for your action & support.
