I am a member of Club Mahindra since 2009 and my Member ID is 1571877. Club Mahindra charges Annual Fees which keeps increasing every year. Due to the high Annual Fees I did not pay the dues in 2021. Normally if one does not pay the annual fees one cannot avail the 07 days holidays that accrue for that year. But the accumulated inventory is available for use. A max of 21 days can be accumulated. However, as a punishment Club Mahindra is denying me the right to book holidays utilising my accumulated holiday inventory for which I have paid all dues. This act of Club Mahindra is arbitrary and prejudicial. When I had taken membership there was no such rule and presumably this rule has been introduced in 2019. One cannot apply rules retrospectively. Club Mahindra is blackmailing me to pay high annual fees and denying me my right to book holidays for which i have paid in full. This act of Club Mahindra is also resulting in me exceeding the max days that can be accumulated and will result in me losing those extra days as I am unable to book holidays.
This needs to be resolved at the earliest as it is causing unnecessary stress, inconvenience and loss to me.
