I went to my nearest Airtel store to get sim replaced. They charged me 100rs where as the maximum charge by company is 25rs. I want strict action against those who have made the mistake and also my money back or else I’m escalating this issue by filing a case in consumer court. Keep in mind, 75rs isn’t the reason why I am filing this. It’s the fact that the Airtel dealers are cheating the customers, for which I’m fighting for.
