I had ordered Nokia 3310 mobile phone for my employee, i got a delivery of some Q tel mobile, which i have not heard of.
its clear case of cheating, now im unable to contact them. when i called the delivery person he is not ready to take return as he is done with the delivery.
now don’t know whom to contact & lodge a complaint so im complaining here
