On 4th June I had sent my scooty for routine servicing to Dynamic Motors, Dabri Mor, Dwarka, New Delhi. Additionally, I had asked them to change the handle lock which was faulty and the brake shoes as brakes were not working properly. And also one small issue of adjusting the time on display.
The company sent the scooty after just servicing it. When I complained that my other concerns have not been attended to, they took the vehicle back to their workshop and this time, they only changed the brake shoes. But, shockingly, they billed me for pickup and drop charges for both the times.
Next day, they offered to change the lock free of charge if I took AMC from them. Otherwise, they said that the lock will be charged at 1100+ .
I realised that the lockset is actually under warranty and it has to be replaced free of cost, which they did after my argument
This delay and undue harassment and overcharge to the customer is totally in breach of ISO standards.
I claimed compensation of Rs. 1 (One only) from TVS, and a CSR service from the ASC of serving food at any old age home, which they have refused.
