My mobile no is 8800168069. I requested for change in plan fron Rs 499.00 and opted for Rs 899 plan as described by one of your employee who visited my office. He explained that DTH service and one additional connection will be provided in the plan. I got the DTH installed for which I paid 400 in cash to the installer. But to my surprise I got the bill for Rs. 749.00 and the DTH connection was no where in the plan. My DTH connection is also deactivated. THE EMPLOYEE IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY PHONE CALLS. I am fed up with the airtel service quality and am seriously thinking to switchover to other service provider. The service is pathetic and no response to the call on 121. Don’t know how to resolve the issue.
