Th mobile no belongs to my mom. Sharayu Desai In the month of April this year I went to airtel gallery boisar ( near station) to covert my sim into 4g….the store executive told us that there are some mistakes in my name details….to correct those mistakes he asked me to convert my prepaid SIM into postpaid….Upon refusing he told me that to change your details this the only process u have to follow..He also said that for 3 months u have to pay postpaid bill ..after 3 months u can convert your sim into prepaid….so I paid around 470 rs for 2 months then went to airtel gallery again to see if he is ready to convert my sim to prepaid….but the customer care executive told me that u haven’t completed 3 months….come to the store again on 12 aug….we will convert your sim to prepaid….so I went to the store on 12 Aug….But the customer care executive told us that we will convert it to prepaid but u have to make payment of your outstanding bill generated which is 471….I already paid for 3 months….the store executive didn’t tell me that u need to pay the outstanding bill ie for 4months u have pay the bill..the store executive and the customer care executive both of them didnt tell me earlier this is cheating……to compensate store executive told me to pay him only 170 rs and 300 will be paid by him…..I refused…..but he did not listen to me….I was helpless as paid was supposed to be made to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid…..My complaint is that how these airtel executive cheat you….keep you unaware of the processes…n for their mistake we customers have to pay….I paid 170 rs but I want it back as it was store executive’s mistake he didnt tell me at the time converting my sim from prepaid to postpaid….
