SUBMISSION
I have already BSNL fiber connection for internet and fully satisfied with its speed and performance. AIrtel coined ONE AIRTEL PLAN and I opted for it as it promised Fiber+DTH+3Mobile on single platform which was economical to me under single window.
But airtel installed copper connection, where speed falls to 20Mbps in day time and is not useful to me. I cannt browse, cant watch or use DTH service without interruptions
Numerous complaints made to marketing incharge ofWest Marredpally, Secunderabad area, namely Mr Praveen – +91-91000 11081 and marketing official who executed order Mr Ramesh 8978404765, Whatsapp 9553406852 but to no avail
Also made complaint to customer care and asked them if they can not provide fiber then to remove all installed facility.. but no resolve either way.
Seek resolve in following
- Remove all airtl installations/mends made on and after 12-01-2021 and reverse all changes to bring the billing back to plan prior to 12-01-2021
- Refund all the paid amount with compensation for not providing promised infrastructure/facility
- AIRTEL to be made aware of that they are cheating/duping customers by false promises and be suitable penalize to make them refrain from such act
- Compensate for uncalled for mental agony and unrest due to complacency of airtel officials and falls promises
