I want to tell you that, I have just come from Gujarat to Gurgaon related to job transfer, and my children are studying in 8th class, and her class is running online. so that I needed internet connection, for which I chose the Airtel Broadband Network, I requested through the Airtel Thanks App It was recorded, after that I got the information about the plan by calling your customer care, and told that if you port your contact with Airtel then you will get some more features, which I also agreed.
But we also emphasized that my priority is the Internet, not number portability. After this, by talking to the executive of Airtel, they came to my office at 2 o’clock in the afternoon and took about 1.45 minutes to do all the formalities and completed KYC, but he did not tell me that I take portability cancel in just 24 hours. I can do it. Then the message of Airtel with me starts that your lead ID 41-18 16236 has been allotted (message screenshot attached). Despite this, internet facilities have not been available yet. Because of which my children’s education is being disrupted.
In the end the result is that now I have no option for the internet. And I was forced to port the number.
So my friends, I have now come to the conclusion that I have only 90 days of my helplessness that I have to live with Airtel, then after I will be able to port my number to another network service. And I will not make any payment for this 90 days because your executive dishonestly told me not to make me aware of all the terms & Condition. If a customer wants to come to your service on his own, it does not mean that he is stupid.
