at 29th I gave request for one airtel — plan 1999, to merge my 3 family member numbers

the team has moved my number to post paid, and did not give me the required plan
even they didnt attended my call,
they cancelled all my request and raised a request to internet without my permission.
but even the internet was given after a month. sept 29
now they are telling me to pay the 3 post paid number separately.
from the CRO to the top management no one has responded properly

now they are telling to pay me the bill for router installation and extreme box without giving the extreme box..
