Airtel customer service is so irresponsible and useless, i’m sometime planning to go to consumer court and claim for mental harassment.
They had been charging me extra without any notification since long. their help line never responds have written atleast 3o emails to appropriate people. Such a poor customer service that no one responds.
finally i decided to cancel the connection and i had told long back over email to them Still I’m getting bills.
God save this useless organization. I have informed atleast 45 of my near and dears to get rid of Airtel and even suggested them alternate options.
